* Since April 2026, Microsoft Copilot routes EU data by default to the US, Canada and Australia for extra capacity (Flex Routing). Microsoft's chief legal officer testified under oath in the French Parliament that no contract can circumvent the CLOUD Act.

Klai Chat gives every user access to a safe AI environment where you can also process sensitive and personal data. Every user can create up to five knowledge bases with twenty documents each. Your data is yours and stays yours. You decide what happens with it. On cancellation, you export your data in a standard format and everything stored on our systems is deleted. No lock-in, no "contact us for export fees".
